HVAC Install Technician
Entry Level
Olsen Mechanical Inc is seeking a reliable candidate with strong problem solving skills
and customer service experience to join our team as a HVAC Install and Service Tech
Trainee. Our new team member will visit our customers’ homes to install and service a
variety of heating and cooling systems while also completing training through Mitsubishi,
Peirce Phelps, PPATEC, and other industry leaders.
This position does not require any HVAC specific work experience. However,
applicants with HVAC experience will be given priority and compensated
accordingly.
This position is intended for someone looking to start a career with excellent income
potential in a growing field.
Compensation and benefits:
Pay starts at $21/hour. First raise between 30-60 days
15 total PTO days, time off between Christmas and New Year
Health insurance available at 90 days

Qualifications:
Reliable and able to be on time
Enjoys problem solving
Ability to use basic tools; comfortable on a ladder
Customer service experience
Over 18 with a Valid drivers’ license
High School Diploma or GED; trade school or training in building trades is a plus
